"Le Macchie Alte" is an organic biological estate of 420 hectares(a little over 1,000 acres) in which we farm olives, cereals and forage and we rear Maremman Cattle, Cinta Senese pigs, boars, rabbits, chicken and bees. If you want to see the countryside, "Le Macchie Alte" is a wildlife reserve wich you can explore on foot, on horseback or on mountain bike, meeting hares, pheasantn, squirrels, buzz.....
